Vaseline Lip Therapy Aloe Lipstick is a 4 g lip balm stick in the Vaseline Lip Therapy range, sold in Britain beside Original, Rosy and Cocoa sticks.[1] Vaseline is the American petroleum jelly brand owned by the British multinational Unilever.[3] Vaseline's UK page says the stick protects and relieves dry and chapped lips while locking in moisture, gives Italy as the country of origin, and lists petrolatum, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, cucumber and chamomile extracts, vitamin E and A esters and two UV filters.[1] Superdrug sold the same barcode as Vaseline Stick Aloe Vera 4g, naming aloe extract, cucumber extract, pro-vitamins E and A and petroleum jelly as its key ingredients.[4] An Irish pharmacy lists it as Vaseline Aloe Vera Lipbalm.[2]
The two published ingredient lists differ: Superdrug's 2024 list has no UV filters and adds coconut oil, hydrogenated palm oil and titanium dioxide, while Amazon UK lists the stick with SPF 15.[4][5]
