American snack company headquartered in Chicago and listed on Nasdaq as MDLZ.^[1] It was created on 1 October 2012 when Kraft Foods Inc. split into Mondelēz International, the global snacks business, and Kraft Foods Group, the North American grocery business.^[2][1] Its chocolate brands include Cadbury, Milka, Côte d'Or, Marabou, Daim, Freia and Toblerone.^[3]
