About

Kent Gida (Kent Gıda) is a Turkish maker of sweets, chewing gum and chocolate, with its registered seat in Gebze, Kocaeli.^[1][2] It was founded in 1927 in Mardin and moved to Istanbul in 1956. Cadbury bought a majority stake in 2002 and merged Intergum into it in 2007, and it passed to Kraft Foods in 2010 and to Mondelēz International in 2012.^[3][1] Its brands include Falım, First, Jelibon, Olips and Tofita.^[1] GLEIF shows its LEI as retired after a legal name change and a dissolution event recorded in January 2026.^[2]
