About this product
Prince of Darkness is a four-CD box set by Ozzy Osbourne, released on 22 March 2005,[2] and this barcode is its US edition on Epic, catalogue number E4K 92960.[3] The first two discs collect Osbourne's solo studio recordings, live tracks, B-sides, demos and outtakes, the third his collaborations with other artists, and the fourth newly recorded cover songs that were later released on their own as Under Cover.[2] The box includes a 60-page booklet with a foreword and a track-by-track commentary by Osbourne, and the release is copyrighted 2005 by Sony BMG Music Entertainment.[4]
More about this product
The Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman tracks come from the 2002 remasters, on which the original bass and drum parts were re-recorded by Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin; the Bark at the Moon tracks likewise come from that album's remixed 2002 remaster.[2] The set reached number 36 on the US Billboard 200 and was certified Gold in the United States and Canada.[2] The 2006–2013 Barcodepedia listed this barcode in 2007 as the audio CD "Prince of Darkness".[5]
