Sony DADC (Sony Digital Audio Disc Corporation) manufactures CDs, DVDs, UMDs and Blu-ray Discs at plants worldwide, mainly for Sony Music Entertainment labels, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Sony Interactive Entertainment. Its first plant, in Terre Haute, Indiana, opened on 2 May 1983 and was the first CD manufacturer in the United States.[1] Discogs uses the plain "DADC" credit for the Terre Haute facility from September 1984 to August 2005, before it was renamed Sony DADC.[2] Discogs credits it with pressing the 2004 US CD of Incubus's A Crow Left of the Murder....[3]
