European Pizza Group BidCo S.à r.l. is the Luxembourg company at the foot of the holding chain of the European Pizza Group, the frozen-pizza joint venture Nestlé and PAI Partners formed in 2023.[1] It was entered in the Luxembourg trade and companies register on 2 June 2023 as Pluto Lux BidCo S.à r.l., took its present name in September 2023 and is seated at 9, rue de Bitbourg in Luxembourg City; its registered shareholder is European Pizza Group HoldCo S.à r.l. and its share capital 7,412,000 euro.[2] The Swiss commercial register records it taking over European Pizza Group Holding Switzerland Sàrl, the group's Swiss holding company, on 27 November 2023 at the end of a cascade of transfers down the Luxembourg chain.[3] It carries the LEI 254900JLWUT9485BW605.[4]
