European Pizza Group MezzCo S.à r.l. is one of the five Luxembourg holding companies of the European Pizza Group, the frozen-pizza joint venture Nestlé and PAI Partners formed in 2023.[1] It was entered in the Luxembourg trade and companies register on 2 June 2023 as Pluto Lux MezzCo Sàrl, took its present name in September 2023 and is seated at 9, rue de Bitbourg in Luxembourg City; its registered shareholder is European Pizza Group MidCo S.à r.l. and its share capital 7,412,000 euro.[2] It holds European Pizza Group HoldCo S.à r.l., the next company down the chain the Swiss commercial register set out when the group's Swiss holding company changed hands on 27 November 2023.[3]
