European Pizza Group

About

European Pizza Group is the name of the joint venture that Nestlé and PAI Partners set up for Nestlé's European frozen pizza business.^[1] The deal was announced on 21 April 2023. It covered the Wagner, Buitoni and Garden Gourmet pizzas, with head offices in Germany and plants in Nonnweiler and Benevento. Nestlé and PAI's Mid-Market Fund each took an equal, non-controlling stake.^[2] The joint venture's registered legal name and seat have not been researched.
