- German/Austrian retail carton supported · Compare evidence
Read from the Open Food Facts label photographs: ingredient strip uploaded 2023-10-11, nutrition panel 2021-01-15, back panel 2018-04-08 and a 2023-06-10 shelf photograph showing the same panel beside the printed barcode 7 622400 779756. The statement is unchanged across the 2018 and 2023 photographs apart from Süßmolkenpulver/Süssmolkenpulver and Sojalecithin/Sojalecithine spelling.
- GS1 trade data-pool record supported · Compare evidence
The manufacturer-supplied record behind two retailers: World of Sweets in Germany prints it against EAN 7622400779756, and the Austrian Eurogast/Sinnesberger sheet 310012 reproduces the same statement, panel and denomination. GS1-fed sheets repeat each other, so the two count as one line of evidence.

About this product
Milka I love Milka Hauchzarte Herzen Alpenmilch is a 130 g gift carton of wafer-thin, heart-shaped tablets of Milka Alpine milk chocolate, sold in Germany and Austria under the legal denomination Alpenmilch Schokolade with at least 30 % cocoa.[2] The back panel sets the country badges (DE) and (AT) side by side before one German text block and names Mondelez Deutschland in Bremen and Mondelez Österreich in Vienna as the responsible operators.[2] Milka is a Suchard brand created in 1901 and owned by Mondelēz International since the 2012 Kraft Foods demerger.[3] A German retailer sells the carton at EUR 4.49, gives Germany as the country of origin and names Mondelez Deutschland GmbH as the operator against this EAN.[4] The pack also carries a "100 % Alpenmilch" badge and the Cocoa Life roundel.[2]
The 2006-2013 Barcodepedia held this barcode under the slug "milka i love milka"; its surviving 2008 capture is an untranslated "Unknown Item" stub.[5] A 2023 shelf photograph shows the printed barcode 7 622400 779756 beside the same nutrition table as the 2021 panel photograph.[2] The photographed pack, unchanged in substance between 2018 and 2023, lists whole hazelnuts ahead of the emulsifier and declares 2288 kJ / 548 kcal per 100 g; the GS1 trade data-pool record that German and Austrian retailers published in 2026 lists hazelnut paste after the emulsifier and declares 2296 kJ / 550 kcal, with lower protein and salt.[4][6] Open Food Facts also tags the barcode for France, which the German-only pack contradicts, and its typed nutrition figures differ from both labels.[2]
Where it's sold
- World of Sweets [4] Germany EUR 4.49 · new World of Sweets lists the 130 g carton under EAN 7622400779756 and gives "Herkunftsland: Deutschland". · made in Germany
- Amazon.de [7] Germany new Amazon Germany listing B003U2F7E4 prints barcode 7622400779756 shown as unavailable; details table prints Global Trade Identification Number 07622400779756; no price given, the page shows no buybox and no Add to Cart, only See All Buying Options, read with delivery set to Berlin 10115
- Eurogast Sinnesberger [6] Austria Austrian wholesaler data sheet 310012 for "I love Milka Hauchzarte Herzen 130g, Alpenmilch Schokolade", brand Milka: name, brand and 130 g net content match, but the sheet prints no barcode.
- The back panel prints the country badges (DE) and (AT) side by side before a single German-language block, so both codes mark markets rather than one language; German operator named beneath.[1] Germany Made in Germany
- The (AT) badge stands beside (DE) before the same one German text block, and the pack names Mondelez Österreich, A-1140 Wien as the Austrian operator.[1] Austria Made in Germany
A listing is evidence that this barcode is sold there, on that date; a price is what that listing showed, not a recommended price. Store links may be affiliate links (how this works).

Coverage measures the evidence recorded here. It does not rate the product.
- Identity: 3 / 3 · Name, brand and classification recorded
- Context: 2 / 3 · Evidence groups assigned to a researched label, edition or analysis
- Label photographs: 0 / 2 · Researched contexts with an assigned photograph
- German/Austrian retail carton: nutrient evidence: 18 / 18 · Recorded nutrient rows linked to a source; not the number of nutrients that ought to exist
- GS1 trade data-pool record: nutrient evidence: 9 / 9 · Recorded nutrient rows linked to a source; not the number of nutrients that ought to exist
- Specifications: 3 / 3 · Recorded specifications mapped to comparable property keys
- markets · disputed: Open Food Facts tags this barcode France as well as Germany and Austria. The photographed pack carries one German text block with (DE) and (AT) badges and names only German and Austrian operators, so France is not recorded here. A French-language label or a French retailer listing would settle it.
- nutrition · disputed: The printed panel (2288 kJ / 548 kcal, saturates 19 g, sugars 55 g, protein 6,0 g, salt 0,35 g per 100 g) and the 2026 GS1 trade record (2296 kJ / 550 kcal, saturates 20 g, sugars 56 g, protein 5,8 g, salt 0,26 g) disagree. Both are kept as their own panels; which one is on the shelf today is unresolved.
- nutrition · stale: Open Food Facts' typed per-100 g values (2290.3 kJ, 550.77 kcal, saturates 19.5 g, protein 6.1 g, salt 0.4 g) match neither the photographed panel nor the trade record, and 550.77 kcal is 179 kcal per 32,5 g scaled to 100 g rather than a printed figure, so none of them was transcribed.
- ingredients · disputed: The photographed statement lists Haselnüsse seventh, ahead of the emulsifier; the 2026 trade record lists HASELNUSSMASSE after it. Kept as two observations because no dated label change was found and neither source says which is current.
- relationships · unknown: No source names the licensee of GS1 company prefix 7622400. The block holds 134 Open Food Facts packs covering Milka, Côte d'Or, Marabou and Freia, that is Mondelēz International's European chocolate portfolio on a Swiss (762) prefix, and it passed through Suchard, Jacobs Suchard and Kraft Foods before 2012, so no single company is recorded as prefix owner or written to gs1_prefixes_inferred.
- packaging · unknown: No photograph of the side panels or of the best-before and lot area was available, so no oval identification mark or packaging code could be read, and the number of hearts in the carton is not stated on any surface read.
- evidence · stale: Evidence was observed over a year ago; check for newer labels. Historical evidence remains valid.
- schema · schema_gap: Review and assign legacy facts to coherent observations.
- ingredients · not_researched: Ingredient statement or sourced exemption not recorded.
- nutrition · not_researched: Nutrition declaration or exemption not recorded.
