Mondelez Deutschland GmbH is the German company of Mondelēz International in Bremen and the food business operator named on German Milka packs, which give it simply as "Mondelez Deutschland, D-28078 Bremen".[1] That postcode is the Bremen Postfach 10 78 40 the group publishes for its German organisation alongside its office at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 21, 28217 Bremen.[2] The GS1 trade data-pool record a German retailer publishes for the 130 g I love Milka hearts names the legal entity in full, "Mondeléz Deutschland GmbH, Postfach 107840, 28078 Bremen", as both producer and responsible operator.[3] The Bremen commercial register holds it under HRB 11373 at Konsul-Smidt-Str. 21, the address in Identity, and Mondelēz International lists it as a German subsidiary in the Exhibit 21.1 subsidiary list filed with its Form 10-K for 2025.[4][5]

On 12 May 2026 the Landgericht Bremen ruled against Mondelez Deutschland GmbH in a suit brought by the Verbraucherzentrale Hamburg over Milka bars cut from 100 to 90 grams in packaging of unchanged size and design (Az. 12 O 118/25), holding that the recognition effect of the pack overlays the change in content and that shoppers cannot be expected to study a familiar product for a hidden price rise.[6][10] The company has appealed, and the case is now before the Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht in Bremen.[10]
