KG is the Bremen company that signs the Mondelēz group's German web presence: the imprint of the group's Germany and Austria pages and the imprint of milka.de both name it, with the seat Bremen, AG Bremen HRA 25174, the general partner Suchard GmbH (AG Bremen HRB 4634), the VAT number DE 262120326, the office at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 21 and the Postfach 10 78 40 that carries the consumer service for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.[1][2] Its registered purpose is the provision of services of any kind, in particular to companies of the Kraft Foods group, and the Bremen register enters Mondelez Deutschland GmbH, the sales company named on German Milka packs, as its limited partner.[3] Mondelēz International lists the KG among its subsidiaries in the Exhibit 21.1 list filed with its Form 10-K for 2025.[4]
The Bremen register opened HRA 25174 on 28 August 2008 under the name Kraft Foods Deutschland Services GmbH & Co. KG, with ONKO Großrösterei GmbH as general partner; the present name was recorded on 26 April 2013, the address at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 21 in the entry of 7 May 2018, and Suchard GmbH took over as general partner in the entry of 28 July 2015.[3] Ownership runs to the group's German sales company: the entry of 28 May 2013 records Mondelez Deutschland GmbH as limited partner, "nach Firmenänderung Mondelez Deutschland GmbH", and the interest of the second limited partner, Kraft Foods Deutschland Holding GmbH, was removed on 2 July 2015, after that company absorbed the operating company on 1 July 2015 and took its name; the register publications of 2026 still give Mondelez Deutschland GmbH as the KG's shareholder.[3] The annual accounts for 2021, 2022 and 2024 appear under the label "Shareholding: Mondelez Deutschland GmbH", which enumerates the partner of this KG, not a holding that the KG owns.[3] The 2025 subsidiary list of Mondelēz International names the general partner Suchard GmbH and the limited partner Mondelez Deutschland GmbH alongside this KG among the group's German companies.[4]
