The ownership direction was inverted: the Bremen register (AG Bremen HRA 25174, read through North Data) enters Mondelez Deutschland GmbH as this KG's limited partner in the entry of 28 May 2013 and still names it the KG's shareholder in the 2026 publications, so the page now carries owned_by company/mondelez-deutschland (sourced, ^nd-services) beside the existing parent_org to company/mondelez-international, which closes the owner_unknown flag: the walk up ends at the listed parent, whose page already records ownership_status no_corporate_parent. The About sentence that explained the reverse relation from the 'Shareholding: Mondelez Deutschland GmbH' label on the annual accounts is replaced by a sentence saying that label enumerates the KG's own partner, and the closing research-narration sentence is gone. Added from the register: the corporate purpose (services of any kind, in particular to companies of the Kraft Foods group), ONKO Grossroesterei GmbH as general partner from the 2008 registration until Suchard GmbH took over in the entry of 28 July 2015, the removal of the second limited partner Kraft Foods Deutschland Holding GmbH on 2 July 2015, and the address entry of 7 May 2018; the group's Exhibit 21.1 for 2025, re-read today, lists this KG, Suchard GmbH and Mondelez Deutschland GmbH. No References rows were added: the four existing rows were re-fetched and their accessed dates moved to 2026-09-21, milka-imprint now points at its redirect target https://www.milka.com/de/impressum/, and nd-services gained the corporate purpose and the three partner entries in its locator. Suchard GmbH, the general partner, gets no relation row and no stub: it is named in About, but no source read here gives it a capital share in the KG, and the roles available would overstate that. The company's own website and both imprints still show the seat, HRA number, VAT number and consumer-service address in Identity and Establishments unchanged. | |
