Correction of substance: the derived owned_by row to company/mondelez-deutschland-services is removed. It rested on North Data showing the KG's 2021, 2022 and 2024 accounts as a "Shareholding: Mondelez Deutschland GmbH", but the Bremen register runs the other way, entering this GmbH as the KG's limited partner (HRA 25174, entry of 28 May 2013; the Kraft Foods Deutschland Holding interest was struck on 2 July 2015 after the merger). The sibling KG proves the label is a misreading: HRA 25563 is shown with "2 Shareholdings: Mondelez Deutschland GmbH, Mondelez International Holdings LLC" while the register entries of 23 June 2015 and 17 November 2020 name both as that KG's limited partners. About now states the two limited partnerships as the positive fact instead, and I filed a cleanup on company/mondelez-deutschland-services to invert its relation and drop its own narration sentence. The registered shareholder of HRB 11373 itself is not in the public record, so no owned_by row is asserted; parent_org to Mondelez International stays verified, and I confirmed "Mondelez Deutschland GmbH | Germany" in Exhibit 21.1 to the 2025 Form 10-K. Added: a distributes row to brand/milka for DE, the food-business-operator relation the pack and the retailer GS1 sheet support, matching how company/mondelez-france records LU; and a fresh, well-sourced paragraph on the Landgericht Bremen judgment of 12 May 2026 against this company over the 100 to 90 g Milka bars (Az. 12 O 118/25), which is under appeal at the Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht. New References rows: nd-grund (North Data, HRA 25563) and vzhh (Verbraucherzentrale Hamburg, Stand 18 June 2026); dropped rows: off-prefix and gleif-snacks. Refreshed accessed dates to 2026-09-21 on mdlz-imprint, milka-imprint, mdlz-ex21, nd-mdlz-de, nd-services and wiki-mdlz-de, all re-fetched today, and milka-imprint now cites the URL it redirects to, https://www.milka.com/de/impressum/. Also tightened summary and disambiguation to separate this GmbH from the Services KG, and added the May 2018 seat move to Konsul-Smidt-Str. 21 from the register history.
