Mondelez Österreich GmbH is the Austrian company of Mondelēz International, seated at Fohrenburgstraße 1 in Bludenz in Vorarlberg under Firmenbuch number 61349w, with one registered branch at Schönbrunner Straße 297-307 in Vienna.[1][2] It is the Austrian food business operator printed on German-language Milka packs, which name it "Mondelez Österreich, A-1140 Wien" beneath the German company.[3] The Firmenbuch names Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH of Zug as its sole shareholder, holding the whole share capital of €12,427,054.64, and this company in turn holds all of Mirabell Salzburger Confiserie-und Bisquit-Gesellschaft m.b.H. of Salzburg.[1] Mondelēz International lists it under Austria in the subsidiary list filed with its Form 10-K for 2025.[4]

Bludenz is the Vorarlberg town of the Suchard factory, and the register carried the company as Suchard-Schokolade GmbH until July 2004, when it took in the company then called Kraft Foods Österreich GmbH and adopted that name: entered on 9 July 2004 as "Kraft Foods Östereich GmbH" and corrected on 14 July, and changed to Mondelez Österreich GmbH on 27 April 2013.[5] The Firmenbuch entry of 18 November 1993, with a capital of 171 million schillings and the seat at Bludenz, is an Ersterfassung under Article XXIII paragraph 4 of the Firmenbuchgesetz, the transfer of an existing company into the electronic register,[5][2] and the LEI record dates the entity to August 1981.[6] A fission resolved on 17 June 2015 passed the coffee business to Jacobs Douwe Egberts AT GmbH, and on 27 September 2024 the company absorbed Mondelez Austria Services GmbH.[5] Its accounts for 2024 show turnover of €160.4 million, a balance-sheet total of €96.7 million and a profit for the year of €12.3 million.[2] The address printed on the 2018 pack, A-1140 Wien, is neither the Bludenz seat the register holds nor the Vienna branch address the LEI record gives as headquarters.[3][6]

The group's current Austrian imprint is signed by a different entity, Mondelez Europe Services GmbH - Zweigniederlassung Österreich, Firmenbuch 323090h, the Austrian branch of the Swiss Mondelez Europe Services GmbH of Opfikon at Lindbergh-Allee 1 in Glattpark; that branch is registered at the same Fohrenburgstraße 1 in Bludenz and prints the Schönbrunner Straße address in Vienna beside it.[7]
