Mondelez Nederland Services B.V. is a Dutch holding company of the Mondelēz International group at Verlengde Poolseweg 34 in Breda, entered in the Handelsregister on 28 September 2007 under KVK number 34283945 as a besloten vennootschap and employing 63 people at that address.^[1] Its registered activity is that of a financial holding.^[2] Mondelēz publishes it as the company behind its Dutch consumer sites: the company-information page of the Dutch Oreo site gives this name, the Breda address, the KVK number and the VAT number NL8185.15.983.B01.^[3] The group parent names it on Exhibit 21.1, the subsidiaries list filed with its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025.^[4]
