Houra and Open Food Facts carry a longer trace statement than the photographed pack and lower iron and zinc. Both are current sources, so this may be the pack now on the shelf, but no photograph confirms it

About this product
Wasa Léger is an extra-thin, light-coloured crispbread sold in France in a 270 g packet holding about 31 slices of 8,8 g.[2] Its legal name is "pain croustillant à la farine complète de seigle" and it has two ingredients, wholemeal rye flour and salt.[3] The flour is declared at 110 g per 100 g of finished product, because it is weighed before baking and water leaves during it; what remains is 20 g of fibre, 9 g of protein and 338 kcal per 100 g.[2] The pack is baked in Germany and carries the French Triman sorting mark with Barilla Deutschland GmbH of Köln as the responsible operator.[4][5] Wasabröd, the Swedish maker, has baked crispbread since 1919 and has belonged to the Italian Barilla group since 1999.[6]
More about this product
Three generations of the pack are held here. The 2021 artwork claims "22% de fibres" on the front and states 111 g of rye flour per 100 g on the back, beside a Wasa CO2 compensated roundel and a Swedish royal warrant.[7][5] The 2023 artwork drops the flour figure to 110 g, declares 20 g of fibre, and fronts the line "Léger, -80% de matières grasses", qualified as a comparison with the average of spreadable specialities using Nielsen data.[8][2] A redesigned front appears in 2024 and again in 2026, but no ingredient list or panel of that pack has been photographed, so what the shelf pack now declares is unsettled: French trade data warn of traces of lupin, milk, mustard, sesame and soya where the 2023 pack warned only of sesame and milk.[9][4] Wasa's first bakery opened in Skellefteå and the company moved to Filipstad in 1931.[6]

- French trade data, current: nutrient evidence: 12 / 12 · Recorded nutrient rows linked to a source; not the number of nutrients that ought to exist
- ingredients · disputed: The photographed 2023 pack warns only of traces of sesame and milk; Houra and Open Food Facts both publish a longer statement naming lupin, milk, mustard, sesame and soya. The previous version of this entry called the trade data "an earlier label", but Houra is a live listing and the Open Food Facts record was updated on 2026-06-03, so it is at least as likely to be the newer one. No photograph of a pack later than August 2023 shows an ingredient list
- nutrition · disputed: The 2023 panel prints iron 2,8 mg and zinc 3,1 mg per 100 g; the trade data gives 2,6 mg and 2,5 mg. Magnesium agrees at 95 mg. Both readings are kept as separate panels rather than one being preferred
- packaging · unknown: The front artwork changed between August 2023 and July 2024, but only fronts have been photographed since, so it is not known whether the ingredient list or the panel changed with it
- markets · unknown: Guadeloupe, Italy and Switzerland were removed from country_of_sale. They rested on Open Food Facts countries_tags, which is a contributor claim rather than a source, and no listing in those places names this GTIN. Cadismarket, which prints the GTIN in its URL, is a Saint-Martin shop and answered HTTP 503
- identity · unknown: Wasa sells another Léger 270 g under GTIN 7300400117982, published with 22 g of fibre and 334 kcal. The 2021 pack of this barcode claimed "22% de fibres", so the two articles may be successive generations or parallel packs; nothing read here settles it
- relationships · unknown: No source names the bakery. Houra gives Germany as the country of manufacture and Wikipedia records a Wasa bakery at Celle, but nothing ties this pack to a plant, so no manufactured_by relation is recorded
- evidence · unknown: Friandiz labels the product "Origin France", a shop taxonomy field that contradicts the German origin both Houra and the pack support; it is not used
