Each is now an observation, with a Pack history table. **Corrected, structural:** `pack_quantity` was 31, but 31 is the slice count - the panel reads "Le paquet contient environ 31 tranches de 8,8 g". It is now `piece_count: 31` with `pack_quantity: 1`. **Corrected, reasoning:** the old note said Houra and Open Food Facts "describe an earlier label" than the photographed panel. That is backwards on the dates: Houra is a live listing and the OFF record was last modified 2026-06-03, while the panel photo is from August 2023. Both readings are now kept as separate panels (iron 2,8 / zinc 3,1 printed, against 2,6 / 2,5 in trade data) and the direction of the conflict is recorded as a gap rather than decided. **Newly transcribed:** the printed **per-slice column** (env. 8,8 g) is now its own panel, carrying the `<0,1 g` saturated fat and `<0,5 g` sugars bounds as less_than qualifiers, and magnesium 95 mg, iron and zinc are recorded as values instead of prose. The disagreement, and the panel's magnesium 95 mg and zinc 3,1 mg (no fields in this format), are recorded in the Nutrition `note`. The photographed allergen line names only sesame and milk traces where the typed Open Food Facts text names lupin, milk, mustard, sesame and soy — again two label revisions; I transcribed the pack I could see. **Relations** carry two `marketed_by` rows on purpose: Barilla Deutschland GmbH is printed on the pack I photographed (status `printed`), and Barilla Sverige AB is named as "exploitant" by Houra for the same French product (status `sourced`); each note says which revision it comes from. `gs1_prefix_owner` targets `company/barilla-sverige-ab` with status `derived` — prefix 7300400 is issued by GS1 Sweden and Houra names the Swedish Barilla company as operator; the GS1 organisation itself is not targeted. `brand_owner_at_sale` targets the existing `company/barilla-group`, per Wikipedia's account of the 1999 acquisition.
