About this product
Imodium Instants 6 Orodispersible Tablets is a UK carton of six mint-flavoured tablets that dissolve on the tongue, each containing 2 mg of the anti-diarrhoeal loperamide hydrochloride, for short-term diarrhoea in adults and children over 12 and for doctor-diagnosed IBS diarrhoea in adults.[2] The freeze-dried tablets also contain gelatin, mannitol, aspartame and sodium hydrogen carbonate.[3] The product is licensed in the UK as PL 15513/0345, first authorised in 2002, to McNeil Products Limited,[3] a Reading-registered company owned by Kenvue Inc.[4][5] Imodium is a Kenvue brand,[6] and loperamide is sold under the Imodium name among others.[7] A London convenience store listed the pack at £6.50 in September 2026.[1]
