About
Maltodextrin is a starch-derived carbohydrate used in savoury snacks as a carrier and bulking agent. It is declared on Pringles Original in Polish as "maltodekstryna" and in French as "maltodextrine", in both cases after the flours and before the salt.[1][2] It is a food ingredient rather than an additive, so it carries no E number on the label.[1]
