The maker's own digital label for UPC 012000101144. Its header gives the pack as "4 - 9.5 FL OZ (281 ml), Bottles (Total Vol 38 FL OZ (1.12 L))" and its footer the distributor block; the Nutrition, Ingredients and Allergens tabs load as separate files. The page states its information was last updated on 2022-05-24 by Starbucks, which is a page date, not a known formulation date. SmartLabel renders the ingredient list as a nested list with no punctuation, so the brackets and commas here are our rendering of that nesting.

One photograph, 1152 × 1190 px, showing the front of the carton, its Nutrition Facts panel and its ingredient and distributor fine print. The label is the pre-2016 United States format ("Calories from Fat", "Sugars", Vitamin A and C) and its fine print reads "© 2011 NORTH AMERICAN COFFEE PARTNERSHIP. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED." The observed date is the day the photograph was uploaded, not a formulation date. Open Food Facts' own typed per-100 ml figures correspond to this panel, not to the current one.

Label statement and nutrition as held by USDA Branded Foods for this UPC, record modified 2023-05-23 and published 2023-06-29. Multiplied by the 281 mL bottle its per-100 mL figures match the maker's current printed panel on every nutrient, so it is a second record of the same label generation rather than a separate one; its ingredient list is identical to the photographed carton's. USDA states the serving as 285 mL while the pack declares 281 mL, and gives the package as one 9.5 fl oz bottle rather than the carton.

About this product
Starbucks Frappuccino Vanilla is the vanilla version of the bottled Frappuccino chilled coffee drink, and this barcode is the four-bottle carton: the maker's digital label for UPC 012000101144 gives the pack as "4 - 9.5 FL OZ (281 ml), Bottles (Total Vol 38 FL OZ (1.12 L))".[1] The drink is brewed Starbucks coffee and reduced-fat milk with sugar, maltodextrin, pectin and natural flavour; milk is the declared allergen, and each bottle carries 200 calories, 3.5 g of fat, 37 g of carbohydrate and 6 g of protein.[1] Bottled Frappuccino is the work of the North American Coffee Partnership, the joint venture PepsiCo and Starbucks formed in 1994 so that ready-to-drink products under the Starbucks name could travel on Pepsi's distribution network.[2] The carton names that partnership, at Purchase, New York, as its distributor.[3]
More about this product
Two label generations are on record for this carton. The pack photographed for Open Food Facts carries a 2011 copyright line and the pre-2016 United States panel, declaring 3 g of fat, 100 mg of sodium, 31 g of sugars and 20 % of the calcium Daily Value per bottle beside a "Calories from Fat 30" line.[3] The maker's page, updated in May 2022, and the USDA Branded Foods record published in 2023 both show the current panel instead: 3.5 g of fat, 200 mg of sodium, 32 g of sugars of which 22 g are added, and 15 % calcium, with the same six ingredients.[4] The barcode is an old one. The first Barcodepedia recorded it in 2007 as "Starbucks Coffee Frappuccino Coffee Drink - Vanilla, 38 fl oz", described as "Lowfat, 4 Pack of 9.5 fl oz Bottles", which is the pack still sold under it; that page's "Produced in USA or Canada" line was generated from the barcode prefix and is not evidence.[5] The 9.5 fl oz bottle inside was first produced in 1996.[2]

- Listing observed
The maker's en-US digital label for UPC 012000101144 names a United States distributor address (Purchase, NY 10577); USDA Branded Foods carries the same barcode with market US, and Target lists the matching 4-pack of 9.5 fl oz glass bottles. No price was retrieved: the retailer pages that print this UPC refused the server.
A listing is evidence that this barcode is sold there, on that date; a price is what that listing showed, not a recommended price.

- nutrition · disputed: Two label generations are on record for this carton and they disagree: the photographed 2011 panel prints 3 g fat, 100 mg sodium, 31 g sugars and 20 % calcium per bottle, the maker's current panel and the 2023 USDA record 3.5 g fat, 200 mg sodium, 32 g sugars (22 g added) and 15 % calcium. Both are kept; the date the recipe or the declaration changed is not known.
- relationships · unknown: The GS1 prefix owner is derived, not sourced: no company stub on the site states prefix 0012000, no registry record naming its licensee could be retrieved, and the two catalogues disagree about the brand owner of this barcode (USDA: Pepsi-Cola North America Inc.; Open Food Facts: STARBUCKS, INC).
- markets · not_researched: No retailer listing that prints this UPC could be read from the server: Price Rite, The Fresh Grocer and Lowes Foods all refused it, and Target's page for the matching 4-pack carries no barcode. The Markets row therefore has no observed price.
- evidence · unknown: Open Food Facts' typed per-100 mL figures (1.05 g fat, 35 mg sodium, 70 mg calcium, 70 kcal) divide out to the 2011 panel rather than to the current one, so its record and this photograph are one line of evidence, not two; its carbohydrate figure of 12.98 g nonetheless equals the USDA one.
- packaging · unknown: Only one face of the carton has been photographed. Any "Contains" statement, best-before coding, deposit marking or bottler address on the other faces is unread, and no photograph of a single bottle under this barcode exists.
- identity · unknown: Whether this 4-pack is still in production has not been confirmed by the maker. The SmartLabel page for the UPC is live, the April 2026 USDA Branded Foods release carries the record with no discontinued date and Target lists the pack, so it is recorded as active.
