The North American Coffee Partnership is the joint venture PepsiCo and Starbucks formed in 1994 so that ready-to-drink products carrying the Starbucks name could be distributed through Pepsi's network; bottled Frappuccino was its first product.[1] Bottles of Starbucks Frappuccino sold in the United States name it as the distributor, at Purchase, New York 10577, the address of PepsiCo's headquarters.[2]
