Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG is a Neckarsulm partnership of the Schwarz group, entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 721461, whose registered object is trade in food and non-food goods and holding interests in companies of the Schwarz group.[1] It is the limited partner of Schwarz Produktion Stiftung & Co. KG, the group's manufacturing company in Weißenfels, entered there on 12 April 2021 under its former name SB Pro KG.[2] Its own limited partner from May 2018 was SB Dienstleistung KG, which replaced Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG;[3] the register notice of 28 July 2025 lists SB Dienstleistung KG and SB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG as no longer limited partners.[1]
First registered on 21 June 2007 as KNH GmbH & Co. KG, it became SBG Pro GmbH & Co. KG in 2008 and SB Pro KG in 2014, and took its present name on 17 June 2025, when SB Dienstleistung KG was again entered as limited partner; the notice of 14 October 2025 names Schwarz Produktion Geschäftsführungs-GmbH as general partner.[1] Its register notices record it taking over parts of group companies such as Bon Gelati GmbH & Co. KG in 2016 and PHO B GmbH & Co. KG in 2017, and a split-off to SB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG, entered on 23 July 2025.[1]
