SB Dienstleistung KG is a Neckarsulm partnership of the Schwarz group, entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 721997, whose registered object is financial business not requiring a licence and holding interests in companies, in particular companies of the Schwarz group.[1] Its limited partner since 4 February 2020 is D. Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG, which replaced Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG.[1] From May 2018 it was the limited partner of SB Pro KG, today Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG, the holding partnership above the group's manufacturing company.[2]
First entered on 24 October 2006 at the Amtsgericht Mannheim (HRA 700510) as Omega GmbH & Co. KG, it moved to the Stuttgart register in 2007, became Omega KG in 2014 and took its present name on 25 April 2018.[1] Its register notices record split-offs to SB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG on 23 July 2025 and to SB Digits GmbH & Co. KG on 5 August 2025.[1]
