Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG is a Neckarsulm partnership of the Schwarz group, entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 104705.[1] The register notice of 31 October 2006 names Rosint GmbH, Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand KG and Zeha GmbH as its limited partners, and PVG Geschäftsführungs-KG and SBG Verwaltungs-GmbH as general partners.[1] It was the limited partner of SB Pro KG, today Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG, until SB Dienstleistung KG took its place in May 2018.[2]
Its register notices record it taking over parts of Lidl Lizenz GmbH & Co. KG and SBG Lidl GmbH & Co. KG in 2012 and of SB Lidl KG and SBG Net GmbH & Co. KG in 2014, and entering D. Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG as a general partner in January 2020.[1]
