Schwarz Produktion Stiftung & Co. KG is the manufacturing arm of the German Schwarz group, the owner of the Lidl and Kaufland retail chains; its own site says the company produces drinks, baked goods, chocolate, dried fruit, ice cream, coffee, pasta, jam, honey and paper.[1] The German Wikipedia article on the group describes it as a food manufacturer making own labels for Lidl and Kaufland, with a small share for third parties, and counts the recycling and production of plastic drinks bottles as part of it.[2] It is seated in Weißenfels, Saxony-Anhalt, registered at the Amtsgericht Stendal as HRA 6288 and represented by the Numerus-Stiftung of Dresden.[3][4]
North Data's register file dates the company's registration and its Weißenfels seat to 13 December 2019, when Schwarz Produktion Beteiligungs-GmbH was entered as general partner, and records the legal form changing from GmbH & Co. KG to Stiftung & Co.
