Food Holdings Pty Ltd is the Australian holding company of the Manassen Foods group, the Sydney food distributor and brand owner behind Sunbeam, Trident and Angas Park; the Shanghai state-owned group Bright Food completed its purchase of 75 % of it in 2011, with the other 25 % retained by the earlier shareholders, among them Roy Manassen.[1] The company is an Australian private company whose ABN has been active since 22 February 2006, with its main business location in NSW 2766 and ACN 118 475 148.[2]
