CR Verlinvest Health Investment Limited (CRVV) is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong and a joint venture owned 50% by Verlinvest S.A., a company incorporated in Belgium, and 50% by Blossom Key (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, a company of the China Resources group.[1] Its wholly owned subsidiary Nativus Company Limited is the largest shareholder of Oatly Group AB, and CRVV has sole voting and dispositive power over 284,253,953 Oatly ordinary shares.[1] It was formerly known as China Resources Verlinvest Health Investment Ltd.[2]
