China Resources Inc. is a limited company incorporated in the People's Republic of China; China Resources Company Limited holds substantially all its shares.[1] It wholly owns CRC Bluesky Limited, which holds all the voting shares in China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, the Hong Kong holding company above Blossom Key (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited and the group's stake in Oatly Group AB.[2] It signed the Schedule 13G amendment on Oatly filed in February 2024 as one of the reporting persons.[1]
