About China Resources Company Limited
China Resources Company Limited is the top company of the China Resources group: it holds substantially all the shares of China Resources Inc., which through CRC Bluesky Limited controls China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited.[1] It has no corporate shareholder above it: the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (90.0222%) and the National Council for Social Security Fund (9.9778%) perform the duty of investor in it on behalf of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.[1] Through Blossom Key (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited the group owns half of CR Verlinvest Health Investment Limited, the joint venture that holds the largest stake in Oatly Group AB.[1]
China Resources is a Chinese state-owned conglomerate with businesses in Hong Kong and mainland China. It began in Hong Kong in 1938 as Liow & Company, was renamed China Resources Corporation in 1948, and was incorporated as China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited in 1983.[2]
