China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong; CRC Bluesky Limited holds all its voting shares, and it is indirectly and wholly owned by China Resources Company Limited.[1][2] Through CRH (CRE) Limited it wholly owns Blossom Key (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, the group's partner in the joint venture that holds the largest stake in Oatly Group AB.[2]
The China Resources business began in Hong Kong in 1938 as Liow & Company, was renamed China Resources Corporation in 1948, and was incorporated as China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited in 1983.[3]
