CRH (CRE) Limited is a limited company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and a wholly owned subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited.[1] It wholly owns Blossom Key (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, which holds half of CR Verlinvest Health Investment Limited, the joint venture whose subsidiary Nativus Company Limited is the largest shareholder of Oatly Group AB.[2] It signed the Schedule 13G amendment on Oatly filed in February 2024 as one of the reporting persons.[1]
