Original Sauce is a shelf-stable brown steak sauce sold in the United States in a 10 oz (283 g) glass bottle, listed under this barcode on the Kraft Heinz US site.[1] USDA FoodData Central gives Kraft Heinz Foods Company as the brand owner,[2] and a 2023 label photograph names International Gourmet Specialties LLC of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, beside the Kraft Heinz logo.[3] The sauce is built on tomato purée, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, raisin paste and crushed orange purée; the maker's current list has no preservative.[1] The front label carries the line "Est 1862" and the Orthodox Union kosher symbol.[4]
