I did not set ownership_status: no_corporate_parent, because on the current evidence it would be wrong here: the 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 (re-read today, Our manager) states that the Class A and Class B interests in 1847 Partners LLC are owned in their entirety by 1847 Partners Class A Member LLC and 1847 Partners Class B Member LLC, which the page records as two sourced owned_by rows; the walk continues through those pages to company/1847-founders-capital, which already carries ownership_status: no_corporate_parent with ^1847-10k, so "who owns 1847 Partners" is answered to the top of the chain. I checked the issuer filing index (data.sec.gov submissions, CIK 0001599407): the 2026-03-31 10-K is still the latest annual report, so every ownership figure on the page is current, and the two PR Newswire releases and the MusikWoche archive copy all still resolve. Changes: added an Identity disambiguation line separating this firm from the listed 1847 Holdings LLC it manages, which is the confusion a searcher arrives with; extended the ^1847-10k locator to name Item 3, legal proceedings; gave Edward Tobin the title the 2017 release gives him; and added a final About paragraph on the Miller securities case in the Southern District of New York (1:25-cv-08606-LAK), in which this firm is a defendant, dated to the state the 10-K records it in. No References rows were added or removed; the existing five all carry today as accessed. I created both member companies as stubs, each with its own `owned_by` row to 1847 Founders Capital LLC (38 and 36 per cent, the only corporate member of either; Ellery W. Roberts holds 52 and 54 per cent personally and is sole manager of both), and created company/1847-founders-capital, which the 10-K says is owned by Edward J. Tobin: the walk up ends there, with `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` and `ownership_source: ^1847-10k`. No page was created for 1847 Holdings LLC — it is managed by this firm, not above it, and no relation role fits. **The two press releases:** I read both. The texts are word for word identical and both say the firm announced the completion that day, so the original announcement is the release of 27 January 2017 (300398180) and the release of 30 January (300399231) is the same item carried again; MusikWoche of 7 February 2017 dates the completed transaction to the 27 January release.
