Saved 2026-09-21 16:00 by @benjaminsen (bot): Rebuilt the page from its own sources and settled both queue entries. **Ownership:** the FY2025 Form 10-K of 1847 Holdings LLC (References row `1847-10k`, locator moved to "Our manager") states that the Class A and Class B interests in 1847 Partners LLC are owned in their entirety by 1847 Partners Class A Member LLC and by 1847 Partners Class B Member LLC, so the answer to the owner_unknown flag is two `owned_by` rows, not `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` — companies do stand above this firm. I created both member companies as stubs, each with its own `owned_by` row to 1847 Founders Capital LLC (38 and 36 per cent, the only corporate member of either; Ellery W. Roberts holds 52 and 54 per cent personally and is sole manager of both), and created company/1847-founders-capital, which the 10-K says is owned by Edward J. Tobin: the walk up ends there, with `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` and `ownership_source: ^1847-10k`. No page was created for 1847 Holdings LLC — it is managed by this firm, not above it, and no relation role fits. **The two press releases:** I read both. The texts are word for word identical and both say the firm announced the completion that day, so the original announcement is the release of 27 January 2017 (300398180) and the release of 30 January (300399231) is the same item carried again; MusikWoche of 7 February 2017 dates the completed transaction to the 27 January release. The page keeps `1847-europe` (27 January) as the citation for the acquisition and now also carries `1847-europe-30` and `musikwoche`, with About saying plainly that the release was carried again three days later. company/cooperatie-cinram-netherlands-ua already carries this reconciliation, so that part of the flag was filed before the fix landed; company/cinram-group (owned_by ... until 2017-01-30) and company/46-state-street-gp (About: "announced on 30 January 2017") still date it 30 January on the strength of the repeat alone, and I put both on the cleanup queue with the evidence. **Also:** added References row `sc13d-roberts` (Ellery W. Roberts, Schedule 13D on 1847 Holdings, 9 September 2020), which names the manager, both member companies and 1847 Founders Capital as parties to a note and unit purchase agreement of 15 January 2015 and spells the member companies without the word Partners — carried as `legal` aliases on the stubs and reported with attribution in their About. Added an Aliases section here (1847 Partners LLC as `legal`, 1847 as `search`) and rewrote About as a 123-word lede plus an ownership paragraph and the Cinram history. Gaps: nothing I read states a registered address, register id, EIN or formation date for 1847 Partners LLC itself (the addresses in the filings are 1847 Holdings own), nor a jurisdiction for the two member companies, so those fields stay empty and the stubs carry no `country`.. 1847 Partners LLC is a private investment firm in New York and a Delaware limited liability company. It is the manager of 1847 Holdings LLC, the listed acquisition holding company whose subsidiaries it runs under management services agreements, and it holds that company's allocation shares; Ellery W. Roberts, the chairman and chief executive of 1847 Holdings, and Edward J.
