Del Monte Pacific Limited is a branded food and beverage company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and dual-listed on the mainboards of the Singapore Exchange and the Philippine Stock Exchange, where it trades as D03 and DELM.^[1][2] Its immediate holding company is NutriAsia Pacific Ltd, which held 61.55 per cent of the shares in February 2024; together with Bluebell Group Holdings Limited, which held 9.76 per cent, it is beneficially owned by the Campos family of the Philippines, and the two hold about 71 per cent.^[3][4] The group sells packaged fruit, juices, sauces, pasta and condiments under the Del Monte brand and fresh pineapple and packaged fruit under S&W, and its Philippine subsidiary Del Monte Philippines, Inc. holds the exclusive rights to the Del Monte trademark for packaged products in the Philippines, the Indian subcontinent and Myanmar.^[1]

The NutriAsia Group of Companies, then in a joint venture with San Miguel Corporation, took control of the company in the first quarter of 2006 through NutriAsia Pacific Ltd, which held 84.5 per cent of it; San Miguel's 42.2 per cent of that holding company was then bought out, leaving Del Monte Pacific with a single majority shareholder for the first time since 1991.^[5] The company's own site gives the NutriAsia Pacific group's stake as 72 per cent.^[6] NutriAsia Pacific Ltd is wholly owned by NutriAsia Holdings Limited, which is 57.8 per cent owned by NutriAsia, Inc. and 42.2 per cent by Well Grounded Limited; Bluebell Group Holdings Limited is wholly owned by Golden Sunflower International Limited, held by the Twin Palms Pacific Trust, whose beneficiaries are Joselito D. Campos, Jr. and his children.^[3] The FY2025 financial statements name HSBC International Trustee Limited, whose subsidiary is trustee of the Campos family trusts, as the ultimate holding company.^[4][3] The Lee Pineapple Group of Malaysia has been a passive shareholder since 2003; Lee Pineapple Company (Pte.) Limited held 5.50 per cent in February 2024.^[6][3] In February 2014 the company bought the United States packaged-food business of Del Monte, company/del-monte-foods, which records it as its owner.^[7] That arm, Del Monte Foods Holdings Ltd, filed for Chapter 11 in July 2025: Del Monte Pacific classified the United States operations as discontinued from 30 April 2025 and deconsolidated them from 1 May 2025, cutting about USD 1.5 billion from the group's consolidated liabilities, after a write-down of USD 703.5 million in FY2025.^[8] The bulk of those assets, including the global rights to the Del Monte brand, was sold to Fresh Del Monte Produce in January 2026, with other units going to B&G Foods and Pacific Coast Producers.^[7] Its own site states that the group is not affiliated with the other Del Monte companies in the world, among them Del Monte Corporation, formerly Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., Del Monte Canada, Nippon Del Monte Corporation and Del Monte Asia Pte.
