HSBC Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited is a trust company of the HSBC group. It is trustee of the Twin Palms Pacific Trust, which owns Golden Chamber Investment Limited and Golden Sunflower International Limited, and of The Star Orchid Trust, which owns Star Orchid Ltd; the beneficiaries are Joselito D. Campos, Jr. and his family. Through those trusts Del Monte Pacific's register records it with a deemed interest in 1,386,276,498 Del Monte Pacific shares, 71.31 per cent, in February 2024. It is wholly owned by HSBC International Trustee Limited.[1] An HSBC Holdings filing gives it as a subsidiary of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited at 12 December 2025.[2]
