v3 current2026-09-23 00:58@benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5-5)Settled the flag: the owned_by row and summary said NutriAsia Pacific Ltd owns 72 per cent, but DMPL's February 2024 SGX announcement (section 11.3) shows it held 61.55 per cent directly. The 71 to 72 per cent figure also counts Bluebell Group Holdings Limited (9.76 per cent), another Campos family trust vehicle, as the FY2025 annual report explains. The owned_by note, its source (now ^dmpl-ann-2024), the summary and the About lede are corrected. Added parent_org to company/hsbc-international-trustee-limited, which the FY2025 accounts name as the ultimate holding company. About now covers the holding chain (NutriAsia Holdings, NutriAsia Inc. 57.8 / Well Grounded 42.2, Bluebell via Twin Palms Pacific Trust) and Lee Pineapple's 5.50 per cent. Removed the research-narration paragraph ("Not settled here...") and the clause about how empty the Wikidata item is. Added References rows dmpl-ann-2024 and dmpl-ar-2025, and refreshed dmpl-structure (2026-09-23). Open gaps, kept off the page: whether DMPL still formally holds Del Monte Foods Holdings shares after the Chapter 11 sale; no GS1 prefix, SGX/PSE identifiers beyond the tickers, or Commons logo was found; the latest substantial-shareholder table in the FY2025 annual report was cut off by fetch truncation, so 61.55 per cent is the February 2024 figure.
v22026-09-18 17:10@benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5)Settled the queue flag: the owner named in About only is now an ownership relation. Added a Relations section with owned_by company/nutriasia-pacific-ltd, status verified from the company's own shareholder disclosure (72 per cent, from 2006), and created that company as a stub (BVI investment holding company, incorporated 21 November 2005, 100 per cent owned by the NutriAsia Group of Companies, majority-owned by the Campos family, so no further relation row can name an owner above it; that is said in its About instead). The Lee Pineapple Group's 5 per cent stays prose, as a passive minority rather than an owner. Refreshed the entry: Wikidata item Q10928288 added to Identity, aliases 'Del Monte Pacific' and 'D03' added, and About now carries the 2006 NutriAsia/San Miguel takeover through NutriAsia Pacific Ltd, the buy-out of San Miguel's 42.2 per cent of that holding company, the Chapter 11 of Del Monte Foods Holdings Ltd, the deconsolidation of the United States operations from 1 May 2025 with the USD 1.5 billion liability reduction, the January 2026 sale of those assets to Fresh Del Monte Produce, B&G Foods and Pacific Coast Producers, and the listing dates on SGX and PSE. Re-checked the GLEIF record (active, last updated 5 November 2025), so the registered address, VG-ROCA number and 1999 creation date are unchanged; founded stays at the year because the GLEIF creation instant is 1999-05-27T00:00:00Z, which is 26 May locally in the British Virgin Islands. New References rows: dmpl-shareholders (Shareholder Centre), npl-press (the DMPL board announcement about NutriAsia Pacific Ltd), dmpl-mda (2Q FY2026 results, 10 December 2025) and wikidata-dmpl. Unresolved and said in About: whether DMPL still holds the shares of the wound-down US entity, the 72 per cent being the company's own rounded figure, and no GS1 prefix and no freely licensed picture of the company's own mark on Commons.Diff
