Added a Relations section with owned_by company/nutriasia-pacific-ltd, status verified from the company's own shareholder disclosure (72 per cent, from 2006), and created that company as a stub (BVI investment holding company, incorporated 21 November 2005, 100 per cent owned by the NutriAsia Group of Companies, majority-owned by the Campos family, so no further relation row can name an owner above it; that is said in its About instead). The Lee Pineapple Group's 5 per cent stays prose, as a passive minority rather than an owner. Del Monte Pacific Limited is a branded food and beverage company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and dual-listed on the mainboards of the Singapore Exchange and the Philippine Stock Exchange, where it trades as D03 and DELM.[^dmpl-glance][^dmpl-shareholders] It is 72 per cent owned by NutriAsia Pacific Ltd, the British Virgin Islands holding company of the NutriAsia group, which is beneficially owned by the Campos family of the Philippines; that holding is the ownership row on this page.[^dmpl-structure] The group sells packaged fruit, juices, sauces, pasta and condiments under the Del Monte brand and fresh pineapple and packaged fruit under S&W, and its Philippine subsidiary Del Monte Philippines, Inc. holds the exclusive rights to the Del Monte trademark for packaged products in the Philippines, the Indian subcontinent and Myanmar.[^dmpl-glance]
