Begindau, S.L.U. is the Barcelona holding company through which Sol Daurella Comadrán, chairman of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, holds her branch of the Daurella family's stake in the drinks group. It is wholly owned by Indau, S.à r.l., the family's Luxembourg company, and is itself the largest single shareholder in Cobega, S.A., with 34.95 % of its capital; Cobega holds 57.47 % of Olive Partners, S.A., which is CCEP's largest shareholder.^[1] CCEP puts Begindau's resulting indirect interest in its own share capital at 7.4890 %.^[2] It has been on the Barcelona register since 1984 as a single-shareholder sociedad limitada with one director.^[3]

The company is entered at Canarias 21-23 with tax number B08955312, a share capital of 5,984,460 euros and the management of companies and of holdings in companies as its registered object; Cristina Barcons Bellido, who runs Sol Daurella's family office, has been its sole director since 3 June 2016, and KPMG audits its accounts.^[4] GLEIF dates its incorporation to 29 November 1984 and gives its legal name as BEGINDAU S.L. (SOCIEDAD UNIPERSONAL), the form that says one shareholder holds all of it.^[3] That shareholder is named by CCEP, which sets out its largest shareholder's chain of control in its annual general meeting notices: Begindau is a fully-owned subsidiary of Indau, S.à r.l. of Luxembourg and is ultimately fully controlled by Sol Daurella, both companies being pure holding companies whose main assets are shares in Cobega.^[2] Indau is the patrimonial company of the two Daurella Comadrán sisters, Sol as majority shareholder and Eva as the minority one, and Eva's branch holds a right to 7 % of Begindau's yearly net profit.^[5] Begindau sits on the board of Olive Partners as a corporate director represented by Eduardo Berché Moreno,^[2] and on Cobega's board, where the Registro Mercantil entry of 9 July 2025 records José Albiol Daurella as its representative.^[4] In its 2025 accounts it booked 46.22 million euros of dividends from the companies it holds, 96.62 % of its income, and net assets of 309.6 million euros.^[1]
