Indau, S.à r.l. is the Luxembourg holding company of the Daurella Comadrán branch of the family behind Cobega, S.A., the Barcelona company that stands at the head of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' largest shareholder. It owns all of Begindau, S.L.U. of Barcelona, which holds 34.95 % of Cobega, and CCEP records the same look-through interest, 7.4890 % of its own issued share capital, for Indau and for Begindau; both, it says, are pure holding companies whose main assets are shares in Cobega, and Begindau is ultimately fully controlled by Sol Daurella. Indau is itself one of the corporate directors of Olive Partners, S.A., represented by Sol Daurella Comadrán.^[1]

The company was created on 30 November 1992 and is registered with the Luxembourg Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés as B42253, with its seat at 46A Avenue John F. Kennedy in Luxembourg and its head office at Canarias 23 in Barcelona, the address Begindau is registered at.^[2] Its shareholders are the two Daurella Comadrán sisters, Sol as the majority holder and Eva as the minority one, under an arrangement that gives Eva's branch 7 % of Begindau's yearly net profit.^[3] No company stands above it: the two shareholders are individuals, and CCEP states that control of the chain ends with Sol Daurella personally.^[1]
