So the sole shareholder is the Luxembourg company, not Sol Daurella in person, and the page now carries owned_by company/indau at verified with that source. Created the company/indau stub (summary, LU-RCS:B42253 and its LEI, seat and Barcelona head office, founded 1992-11-30, three References rows): its own shareholders are the two Daurella Comadran sisters, Sol as majority holder, so the walk up ends there and the stub carries ownership_status: no_corporate_parent with ownership_source ^ccep-agm-2026 and the evidence in its About. Also on Begindau: legal_name corrected to Begindau, S.L.U. (GLEIF gives the legal name as BEGINDAU S.L. (SOCIEDAD UNIPERSONAL), CCEP writes S.L.U.) with the old form and the GLEIF rendering kept as legal aliases; founded: 1984-11-29 from GLEIF's creation date; summary rewritten to answer "who owns Begindau" in the line under the title; About rebuilt as a lede plus a history paragraph, adding the 7.4890 % indirect CCEP interest, the Olive Partners and Cobega board seats it holds as a corporate director, and the family arrangement behind Indau.
