Begindau, S.L. is the Barcelona holding company through which Sol Daurella Comadrán, chairman of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, holds her branch of the Daurella family's stake in the drinks group: it owns 34.95 % of Cobega, S.A., the largest single holding in that company, and Cobega in turn holds 57.47 % of Olive Partners, S.A., which is CCEP's largest shareholder.[^onecon] It is entered in the Barcelona commercial register at Canarias 21-23 as a single-shareholder sociedad limitada with tax number B08955312, a share capital of 5,984,460 euros and the management of companies and of holdings in companies as its registered object; Cristina Barcons Bellido, who runs Sol Daurella's family office, has been its sole director since 3 June 2016, and KPMG audits its accounts.[^empresia-begindau][^gleif-begindau] In its 2025 accounts it booked 46.22 million euros of dividends from the companies it holds, 96.62 % of its income, and net assets of 309.6 million euros.[^onecon]
