Connie and Carla is the soundtrack album of the 2004 American comedy film directed by Michael Lembeck, written by Nia Vardalos and starring Vardalos and Toni Collette,[2] and this barcode is its US compact disc on Epic, catalogue number EK 92430.[3] It was released on 13 April 2004 under the Epic/Sony Music Soundtrax labels.[4] Its eleven tracks are mostly show tunes from Gypsy, Cabaret, Funny Girl and South Pacific sung by the title characters, alongside a medley with Debbie Reynolds, the original cast's "Mame", Peaches & Herb's "Shake Your Groove Thing" and Randy Edelman's overture, with dialogue from the film between songs.[5] Edelman and Paul Bogaev produced it, and Discogs records ℗ Sony Music Entertainment Inc. and manufacture by Epic.[5]
