Left edge of the ingredient and address blocks is cut off in the photo; bracketed text is completed from the other language, the 2007 transcription and the sibling jar 0691479500308, whose back label prints the same blocks in full (^pack-0308). The maker's own range page, read from a 2025-08-06 Wayback capture because the live page now answers a bot challenge. Its panel declares saturated fat, trans fat, fibre and cholesterol as zeros where the photographed 2020-2021 label prints "not a significant source"; the values both state agree. The page publishes no ingredient list

About this product
Vlasic Garlic Baby Kosher Dill Pickles are small whole dill pickles flavoured with garlic, sold in Canada in a 1 L glass jar under a bilingual label that reads "Mini-cornichons cachers à l'ail" in French.[1] The jar carries the Vlasic stork, the line "since / depuis 1942" and the claim "Classic dill & garlic taste"; Vlasic is an American pickle brand introduced in 1942 and owned by Conagra Brands.[2] Conagra Brands Canada lists the 1 L jar among its crunchy Vlasic pickles and publishes the same per-pickle Nutrition Facts panel as the pack.[3] Besides cucumbers, water, salt, white vinegar and dehydrated garlic, the photographed label lists calcium chloride, polysorbate 80, sulfites and the colour tartrazine.[1] The pickles are made in the United States, an origin line cut off at the edge of this photo and printed in full on the sibling jar.[4]
More about this product
The Canadian company block on this jar is cut off in the same way; the sibling Vlasic Kosher Dill 1 L jar prints it whole as "Prepared for / Préparé pour : Pinnacle Foods Canada Corporation, Mississauga, ON L5N 6S2, Canada, licensee of *TM".[4] That company amalgamated into Conagra Brands Canada Inc. on 27 May 2019,[5] and GS1 prefix 0691479 is recorded against it, so this barcode is treated as licensed by Pinnacle Foods Canada rather than by its successor. The barcode was already on the original Barcodepedia in 2007, with the same ingredient list and a 1 L jar, then attributed to the same company.[6]

Walmart Canada lists "Vlasic Garlic Baby Kosher Dill Pickles" in 1 L at CAD 3.57 (36 ¢/100 ml), out of stock online; the listing prints no barcode, and the name, the 1 L size and the "Classic dill & garlic taste" copy match this jar
A listing is evidence that this barcode is sold there, on that date; a price is what that listing showed, not a recommended price.

- relationships · unknown: The "Prepared for / Préparé pour" block is cut off at the left edge of the only photo of this jar: just …NADA, …SISSAUGA, ON, …LICENSEE OF and …DE LA *MC are legible, so the company and trade-mark licensee named on this pack are completed from the identical block on the sibling jar 0691479500308 rather than read here
- identity · unknown: The origin lines are cut off the same way (…S.A. / …-U.A.): read as "Product of U.S.A. / Produit des É.-U.A." from the sibling jar's full block, with Open Food Facts manufacturing_places "USA" agreeing; a photo of this jar's whole back would confirm it
- ingredients · stale: The Canadian retailer listings that carry this UPC (Metro, Save-On-Foods, Quality Foods, PriceSmart Foods, Food Basics) all answer 403 to the server and to the agent's own fetcher; a search-engine snippet of them gives a different list, with distilled white vinegar and potassium metabisulphite in place of white vinegar and sulfites, which would be a later label revision. None of those pages could be read, so the 2020-2021 photographed list stands as current
- markets · not_researched: Loblaw banners, Voilà, Metro, Save-On-Foods and Quality Foods are walled to the server; only the Walmart Canada listing could be read, so a single dated price is recorded and no other chain's availability is known
