Includes any products that can be described/observed as chopped or whole vegetables, preserved in vinegar, oil or brine, with added ingredients such as herbs, spices and mustard, commonly used as a condiment for meats, cheese and bread. Products include pickled tomatoes, gherkins, onions and capers. These products have been treated or packaged in such a way as to extend their consumable life.

Excludes

Excludes products such as Canned Vegetables and Vegetable Spreads, Chutneys, Relishes and Olives and Pickled Eggs.
