Dickmana 14/15 in Gdańsk as the food business operator, declares raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), wheat flour and starch, and warns that milk may be present.[4] Frisco.pl sells it in Poland at 1,19 zł, and a Polish grocer in Britain lists the same barcode at GBP 0.39.[1][2] Baking powder is the product the firm was built on: August Oetker founded it in 1891 and sold Backin, a measured dose for 500 g of flour.[5] Sachets photographed between 2019 and 2023 still carried the Backin name, a double-portion flash and 261 kJ per 100 g.[6][7][8]
