About
Malt is cereal grain that has been germinated by soaking in water and then dried with hot air; malted grain is used in beer, whisky, malted milk, confections and baked goods.[1] Barley malt is malt made from barley, a gluten-containing cereal, and the word barley is printed in bold on the Ritter Sport White Hazelnuts label, where it is the last ingredient.[2]
