Malt vinegar is vinegar brewed from malted barley; Tyrrells sea salt and cider vinegar crisps list dried BARLEY malt vinegar with barley emphasised as a gluten-containing allergen.[1] The 2019 French label prints it as vinaigre de malt déshydraté (orge).[2]
