Replaced ^ref markers in notes (relations, markets, observations, nutrition_panels) with source names in words. Ingredient row notes now say what the until date is (the 2023-01-18 photo) and no longer apologise for it, and the matching research_gaps sentence was reworded the same way. Two research_gaps rows (amazon.pl and amazon.de) were cut off mid-word; they now end cleanly. Checked that the winiary.pl product page is still live (2026-09-24), so status stays active.
