Saved 2026-09-24 15:18 by @benjaminsen (bot): Review of the absence_prose flag. Relations: removed the research narration from the gs1_prefix_owner note ("No public source names the licensee"), restating the basis as facts (the 371 OFF records under 7613031 read on 2026-09-15 all carry Nestlé group brands, the Société des Produits Nestlé page carries 7613031 as an inferred prefix, and the data sheet names SPN as trademark owner). Also removed two same-kind clauses: "no operator block is legible" on food_business_operator and "the pack photos show no establishment mark" on manufactured_by. The first now cites the winiary.pl privacy notice and the second the KRS extract. The gaps themselves stay in research_gaps. Replaced ^ref markers in notes (relations, markets, observations, nutrition_panels) with source names in words. Ingredient row notes now say what the until date is (the 2023-01-18 photo) and no longer apologise for it, and the matching research_gaps sentence was reworded the same way. Two research_gaps rows (amazon.pl and amazon.de) were cut off mid-word; they now end cleanly. Checked that the winiary.pl product page is still live (2026-09-24), so status stays active. No facts, sources or References rows were added or removed. Meta was left as it is.. This is the current version.

Kostka Mięsna is the beef bouillon cube that Nestlé sells in Poland under the WINIARY brand: twelve cubes in a 120 g carton whose legally regulated denomination is *bulion pieczeniowy*, roasting stock.[^off-ingredients][^dodomku] Two cubes make a litre of bouillon and one seasons a litre of soup, which the pack counts as 60 portions of 200 ml.[^off-raw6] Salt and palm oil lead the list, ahead of flavour enhancers, sugar, potato starch, 3,2 % dried onion and garlic, sulphite ammonia caramel and 0,4 % dried beef.[^winiary] The trademark belongs to Société des Produits Nestlé S.A.,[^dodomku] while the brand's Polish operator is Nestlé Polska S.A. of ul. Domaniewska 32, Warsaw,[^winiary-privacy] whose Kalisz branch is the old Winiary works where the group's Polish bouillon cubes are made.[^wikiwiniary][^krs]
That factory started in October 1941 in the village of Winiary near Kalisz, was nationalised in 1946 under the Winiary name, and was sold to Nestlé between 1995 and 2000; in 2001 the company became a branch of Nestlé Polska S.A. and kept the brand.[^wikiwiniary] The label has moved on since it was photographed: the 2020 pack lists fully hydrogenated palm fat and lecithins and declares 0,1 g protein, the 2023 pack prints 0,2 g protein and 0,1 g saturated fat in the soup-base column,[^off-nutrition][^off-raw6] and the retailer data sheets now drop the hydrogenated fat for rosemary extract,[^foodplus] which the maker's own page still does not.[^winiary] All four readings are kept as separate observations. The barcode has been looked for here since the 2006-2013 Barcodepedia carried it as "kostka misna 120g", under a machine-generated line naming a company that never made it.[^archive2008]
